Danny Wilson reveals 'most frustrating thing' about Rangers this season
Rangers defender Danny Wilson believes inconsistency is the most “frustrating” aspect of the Gers’ season so far as they look to leapfrog Aberdeen in second place in the Scottish Premiership.
A win at Pittodrie on Sunday would see the Ibrox side go second in the table but Wilson knows that recent defeats have made life much for difficult for the Gers than needed.
The Gers have lost four times already this season in the league – at home to Hibs, Celtic and Hamilton – and have drawn at home with Hearts and Kilmarnock.
Rangers need to go back to December 2016 for the last time they won three games on the bounce and Wilson admits their inconsistency makes things harder when you see what they are actually capable of.
“We’ve been inconsistent this season, which has been the most frustrating thing,” Wilson said, as quoted by STV.
“You have the two previous results and then you see what we are capable of.

“We know we need to be better and we have a tough game on Sunday so we’re looking forward to it.”
Wilson has recently came back into the side after injuries and suspension forced Bruno Alves and Fabio Cardoso to miss game-time.
Since coming back into the starting XI, Wilson has shown glimpses of why he was once such a highly-rated youngster at Ibrox before moving to Liverpool.
Wilson is likely to be involved again when the Gers travel to Pittodrie and will be hoping to impress with his current contract up at the end of the season.
