Dazzling Chelsea ace must be included in 18/19 plans, reported £20m exit talks have to be binned

The annual loan festival at Chelsea is due once again this summer, where players are shipped out far and wide to gain first-team experience and for most they may never make it at senior level.
However, there are a few gems on the books at Stamford Bridge and they have to consider promoting some to the first team.
One man that really impressed during a short-term loan last season was dazzling attacker Kenedy, who proved himself in the Premier League at Newcastle United.
The trickster quickly became a fan favourite at St James’ Park due to his natural ability and also his goal threat in the final third.
He showed he has great quality from set-pieces and when given a regular run of games in England’s top flight is a real talent.

At the age of 22, now would be the perfect time for Chelsea to promote him in the next campaign and the added fixtures of a Europa League should force the manager to rotate his squad.
Kenedy has the versatility to play as a left wing-back or furhter forward as an attacker, which is why it’s a no-brainer to have him around the squad.
The Daily Mail previously reported that Chelsea view him as a “saleable asset” worth over £20million, but they should bin any plans to offload him and his price tag will only sore in a few years if he can break into the starting XI for the Blues.
In other Chelsea news, the club must fast-track this loan star to the first team next season.
