Dele Alli congratulates Tottenham star on Twitter after win v Fulham

Dele Alli sent his congratulations to Tottenham teammate Harry Kane on Twitter on Sunday evening following his hat-trick against Fulham earlier in the day.
The 23-year-old striker showed his class against the second tier side as he applied three top quality finishes in Spurs’ 3-0 victory at Craven Cottage.
Alli, 20, assisted the final goal with a slick ball through the Fulham back four and the youngster was eager to hail his club and country teammate on his personal Twitter account after the tie.

The fifth round win has ensured that Tottenham are now in a good position to reach Wembley after they drew League One side Millwall at White Hart Lane at the quarter final stage.
Spurs have not reached the final of the famous competition since they lifted the trophy in 1991 in a 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest.

They have however reached the semi-final stage an impressive six times and Alli and his teammates will be keen to go further this time around.
Tottenham’s last silverware came all the way in 2008 following a League Cup victory over Chelsea and fans would certainly embrace another day out at a ground they have played all of this season’s home European matches in for a cup final.
In other Tottenham news, John Hartson took aim at Mauricio Pochettino in a defence of his old boss Arsene Wenger.
