Dewsbury-Hall rips into officials over ‘mind-boggling’ decision in Everton’s draw vs West Ham
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has sent a furious message to the Premier League and PGMOL after a controversial incident during Everton’s draw with West Ham United.
Dewsbury-Hall moved from Chelsea to the Hill Dickinson Stadium in the summer and has impressed since joining the Toffees.
The 27-year-old played the full 90 minutes as West Ham held Everton to a 1-1 draw in their first game under Nuno Espirito Santo.
Michael Keane opened the scoring for David Moyes’ side with a first-half header, but they were denied all three points by Jarrod Bowen’s deflected strike midway through the second period.

Dewsbury-Hall fumes at referee decision
During the Merseyside derby earlier this month (20 September), Dewsbury-Hall was given a bizarre yellow card by referee Darren England.
The midfielder was booked for taking a free-kick too quickly, as the Toffees searched for a late equaliser against Liverpool.
It left Dewsbury-Hall sitting on four yellow cards after just five games of the Premier League season, and only one caution away from a suspension going into Everton’s clash with West Ham.
In the closing stages of the game against the Hammers, the 27-year-old was booked for a tackle on Kyle Walker-Peters, despite it seeming like he had won the ball.
Following the full-time whistle, Dewsbury-Hall took to social media to vent his frustrations at the recent yellow cards, saying: “Forgive me if I’m wrong, and I might be, but some of these decisions are so hard to take. Mind-boggling.”
Dewsbury-Hall suspended for Crystal Palace game
As a result of his caution against West Ham, Dewsbury-Hall will miss Everton’s clash with Crystal Palace next weekend (5 October).
Oliver Glasner’s side are coming into the game off the back of a 2-1 victory over Liverpool, so will be full of confidence.
Dewsbury-Hall has played every single minute of Everton’s Premier League campaign so far, highlighting his importance to the side.

Moyes will be forced to go without his creative midfielder against Palace, with Carlos Alcaraz the most likely man to come into the number 10 role.
Dewsbury-Hall will return for Everton’s visit to Manchester City after the upcoming international break.
