Done deal: Attacker agrees terms with Leeds

By Harry Sykes

Stuart Dallas has agreed the terms of a new Leeds United contract, it was announced on Wednesday.

The Championship giants revealed on their official website and Twitter account that the winger has signed a new three-year deal.

The agreement will tie Dallas to Elland Road until the summer of 2020.

The attacking midfielder has made 90 appearances for Leeds since joining from Brentford in the summer of 2015.

He has been linked with a move to Norwich this week but the Yorkshire club have moved to replace his previous deal, which was due to expire next summer.

Despite not featuring in the opening game of the season at Bolton, Dallas has gone on to play six times during the early stages of the 2017/18 campaign.
He scored in the notable recent 2-0 win at Sunderland but was once against a second-half substitute in last weekend’s triumph at Nottingham Forest.
Stuart Dallas is the seven first team player to agree a new contract at Leeds this summer, with Ronaldo Vieira, Gaetano Berardi, Tyler Denton, Kalvin Phillips, Eunan O’Kane and captain Liam Cooper all penning fresh terms.

In other Leeds United transfer news, the club’s fans have hailed an imminent £7.5million signing who will transform the team.
