Cameron Brannagan has completed a loan move from Liverpool to League One side Fleetwood until the end of the season.
Liverpool confirmed the deal on their official website for their highly-rated academy prospect, with Fleetwood hoping the midfielder can provide a boost in their hunt for promotion.

Failing to make a first-team appearance this season, 20-year-old Brannagan has starred for Liverpool’s Under-23 side alongside the likes of Mamadou Sakho, Harry Wilson and Sheyi Ojo.
Wearing the number 32 shirt, Brannagan has scored twice and provided another goal as an assist in his 11 Premier League 2 appearances.
However, manager Jurgen Klopp has sanctioned a loan move for the two-time England Under-20 international as he looks to get the youngster regular first-team football.
Brannagan made his debut for the Merseyside giants last season, making a cameo appearance against French giants Bordeaux in the Europa League.
Making nine senior appearance in total under former manager Brendan Rodgers and Klopp, Brannagan has started five times against the likes of Bournemouth, West Ham and West Brom.
Now, the youngster could be thrown straight in at the deep end with the Trawlermen ahead of an important League One showdown against Phil Brown’s Southend on Saturday.
Football Insider verdict:
Although possessing the potential to break into the first team at Anfield, Brannagan has been limited to reserve games this season and a move is just what he needs to prove to manager Klopp that he has what it takes to break into the first-team setup at Liverpool. However, Brannagan could also be looking to tempt other managers to chance their arm on him, as he is unlikely to be given a regular role in Liverpool’s starting eleven. The likes of Emre Can, Adam Lallana and Georginio Wijnaldum are currently keeping him out of the side, and a loan move to prove what he is capable of could tempt managers to enquire over his availability in the summer.
