Football Insider verdict:
Spurs have finally completed a deal for Aurier and he could turn out to be their best buy of the summer. The full-back is the perfect replacement for Walker in the Spurs starting XI and looks talior-made for the English league. Pochettino has left it late in the transfer window, but Spurs fans must be encourage by their business. They already had a very strong side and have now strengthened up their squad. Aurier has been a controversial figure in the past and that will be the one thing that the manager will need to get on top of straight away.
In other Tottenham transfer news, they have made a big decision on Marcus Edwards on deadline day.
