Eberechi Eze remained upbeat after Crystal Palace’s dominant win over Aston Villa, sharing his thoughts with fans following an impressive performance.
The Eagles cruised to a 4-1 victory at Selhurst Park on 25 February, with Ismaila Sarr netting twice alongside goals from Jean-Philippe Mateta and Eddie Nketiah.
Eze played the full 90 minutes and was a key creative force, assisting Mateta’s crucial goal that restored Palace’s lead in the second half.
The game wasn’t without its share of controversy, as former PGMOL chief Keith Hackett criticised VAR’s decision to rule out a Morgan Rogers goal for offside after Ollie Watkins was deemed marginally beyond the last defender.

The England international has continued to shine this season, making 28 appearances across all competitions, scoring six goals, and providing seven assists in 2,192 minutes of action.
Despite Eze being heavily linked to Tottenham over the summer, transfer speculation hasn’t distracted him, as he remains a crucial figure for Oliver Glasner’s side.
