England fans destroy Marcus Rashford after what he did vs Serbia, claim he wouldn’t pass to one teammate

England fans want to see more from one star despite the Three Lions’ comfortable victory over Serbia at Wembley Stadium.

Bukayo Saka’s first half strike, alongside Eberechi Eze’s fine goal, was enough for England to defeat Serbia and continue their perfect World Cup qualifying record.

England had beaten Serbia 5-0 earlier in qualification, and Thomas Tuchel’s side were already assured of a spot at next summer’s World Cup.

Tuchel did not wish to experiment though with his team selection, even if certain positions in his starting XI remain up for grabs.

Marcus Rashford ‘can’t start’ in the World Cup

Marcus Rashford has been in fine form for Barcelona since his loan move from Man United in the summer transfer window.

Anthony Gordon’s injury for Newcastle, meant Rashford started against Serbia over the likes of Eze and Phil Foden.

Rashford has not been impressive so far,” was what one fan said during the first half.

Whilst one England supporter said: “Rashford is one greedy boy. Win nothing with players like that.”

Just don’t get any form of Rashford hype,” a fan commented on social media.

Rashford is woeful. Hasn’t passed the ball to O’Reilly once, ran into the defender multiple times, loads of poor efforts at goal and you’d think he is having an all timer listening to commentary. So forced,” was one verdict.

There’s no way people are watching this Rashford performance and thinking he’s playing well????,” a fan asked.

“How is Rashford shooting like Sunday league player?,” was another question raised on social media.

Thomas Tuchel will demand one thing from Rashford

Rashford was not afraid to have a shot against Serbia, with the 28-year-old having four shots during his 65 minutes on the pitch.

Many of his efforts though were comfortably saved by the Serbia goalkeeper, and as Tuchel said about Saka, the German will be demanding more goals from him.

If Rashford’s club form continues he looks likely to be heading to the World Cup, but he is still not assured of a starting spot.
