Erik ten Hag and Joshua Zirkzee bust-up footage emerges after Man United defeat

Man United fans are trying to work out what Erik ten Hag was saying to new signing Joshua Zirkzee at full-time after his disallowed goal in their 2-1 defeat to Brighton on Saturday.

Man United lost 2-1 to Brighton at the Amex thanks to goals from ex-player Danny Welbeck and a 95th-minute header from Joao Pedro.

The 20-time Premier League champions thought they went 2-1 up in the 70th minute but the goal was disallowed after an offside Zirkzee, 23, got a slight touch as the ball was about to cross the goal line.

Alejandro Garnacho finished from close range but an already sliding Zirkzee couldn’t pull away before getting the final touch.

Ten Hag was then seen demanding an explanation from the new striker as the players walked off the pitch and into the dressing room.
