Eunan O’Kane delivers verdict after Leeds defeat v Burton
By Dominic Toner
Eunan O’Kane believes Leeds need to focus on winning their two remaining games this season following their major setback at Burton on Saturday.
The Whites have seen their play-off hopes severely dented after they lost 2-1 away to 18th-placed Burton in the Championship.
Garry Monk’s side are now three points adrift of sixth-placed Fulham as a result and need to win both of their games to stand a chance of reaching the play-offs.
O’Kane was an unused substitute in the Burton defeat and watched his side lose their second consecutive game.
The midfielder took to social media to reflect on a disappointing defeat and feels that they must try to pick themselves up in their remaining fixtures.

“A very tough afternoon today, all we can do is go and win the next two and see where it gets us. Incredible away support as always,” O’Kane wrote on his personal Twitter account.

O’Kane will hope to force his way into the starting line-up as he has fallen down the pecking order at Elland Road.
The combative midfielder completed a move to Leeds in the summer and has been battling for a starting spot.
Ronaldo Vieira, Kalvin Phillips and Liam Bridcutt have also been vying for the central midfield area, an area that Monk has constantly changed.
They are now facing must-win games against Norwich and Wigan in the remaining fixtures.
