Everton face ‘big’ Moshiri ‘problem’ if Benitez is sacked – Kenny
Everton have a “big problem” when it comes to appointing Rafa Benitez’s successor if he is sacked by the club.
That’s according to former Leeds stopper Paddy Kenny, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the Toffees’ recent manager issues.
Since Ronald Koeman was appointed in June 2016, Farhad Moshiri’s Everton have had four more permanent managers.

Benitez, 61, is the latest to take the reigns but is under pressure following a run of six league games without a win.
Kenny insists when it comes to appointing future Everton managers, the club will struggle to find anyone who wants to risk being sacked just months into a project.
“Everton need a manager who can oversee a project,” Kenny told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“On paper, Rafa looked a good appointment for that reason. He started doing that at Newcastle.
“Obviously things have turned but look at the managerial record. Five managers in six years.
“That’s a big problem for Everton. Moshiri and the board don’t give managers time or they are appointing the wrong people.
“They are spending so much money on transfers, that caught up with them in the summer.
“So they either need to stick with a manager and overhaul the squad or sack the manager and try again.
“Who is out there who would come to Everton, where managers aren’t given a chance?
“Who wants that job? They are in a bit of trouble if you ask me.”

Everton are 11th in the Premier League ahead of Sunday’s clash against Brentford.
They sit six points off the relegation zone.
