Perfect fit, Progressive, Great - Everton fans react as reported £1.7m-a-year man is linked

Everton fans are split with what to make of the fact that their club is being linked with a move for FC Porto manager Sergio Conceicao, should Sam Allardyce exit.

Supporters are unhappy with Big Sam’s style of play and are desperate to see a more adventurous outlook from their side after vast sums of money have been spent on the club, so far to no avail.

The Blues have been linked with a host of names, and most recently that of Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger who will step down at the Emirates at the end of the season.

But despite the Frenchman’s credentials and history in the Premier League, even his name hasn’t convinced the throngs of Everton supporters.

Allardyce has continually been forced to defend himself in the press, where on more than one occasion he admitted he believes his team plays attractive football despite accusations to the contrary.

The Blues though look to have now turned their attention towards the Portuguese and will easily be able to double his current £1.7million-a-year salary to bring him in place of the former England manager.
