Everton manager Sam Allardyce was summoned to London for talks on Thursday with club owner Farhad Moshiri, as revealed by Football Insider.

The Daily Mail claims that the 63-year-old wanted to know what his position was at Goodison Park after a survey sent out to fans asked them to rate the boss, but has received no public support.

He has been left no clearer as to his future on Merseyside which has led to supporters once again calling for the head of Allardyce, who has been hugely unpopular since his appointment.

Fans are fed up with the manager’s so-called negativity as well as the team’s reliance on playing long-balls to the attack and are desperate to see a much adventurous style of play – something they feel they won’t get from the current management.

And when asked on a talkSPORT Twitter feed whether the Blues faithful were “Allardyce in or Allardyce out” the response was a resounding “out.”

Big Sam only arrived at the club in October after Ronald Koeman’s sacking following a shocker of a start to the season and was handed the responsibility of saving the club from relegation.
