Sources: Everton agree Dwight McNeil signing as multiple deals completed
Everton have finalised the signing of Burnley winger Dwight McNeil after landing Ruben Vinagre, sources have told Football Insider.
The 22-year-old started a medical on Wednesday evening that will be completed on Thursday after agreeing to join the Merseysiders in a £20million deal.
Everton are expected to announce the capture of McNeil in the coming hours in what will be their biggest summer deal to date.

Everton have also completed a season-long loan deal for Sporting Lisbon defender Ruben Vinagre.
They had announced the capture of James Tarkowski on a free transfer earlier this month.
But it is the imminent signing of McNeil that will placate supporters who have been calling for attacking signings following Richarlison’s move to Tottenham for an initial £50m.
The winger was on Everton’s radar last summer when Rafael Benitez was their manager and talks were held over a potential deal.
Now the Merseysiders have agreed terms with McNeil and beaten a number of rival Premier League clubs to a deal.
West Ham and Crystal Palace have also been linked with the wide man in recent days.
Burnley have been able to hold out for a major fee as McNeil has two years remaining on his current deal and the club have the option to extend that contract by a further year.
He is set to join Vinagre in an Everton team that is being reshaped following last season’s narrow escape from relegation.

The 23-year-old left-back spent last season on loan with Sporting from Wolves, before completing a permanent move in June.
He will reunite with the Toffees’ director of football Kevin Thelwell, who first brought him to England in 2017 when he was sporting director at Wolves.
