Times: Everton four-player summer transfer priorities named, mega-money list includes Willian
By Alex Stevens
Everton have assembled a four-player summer transfer shortlist as they step up plans to strengthen their squad, according to a report.
The Times claim the Merseysiders have already begun the process of narrowing their targets amid doubts about the futures of key pair Romelu Lukaku and Ross Barkley.
It is said that Everton are preparing to re-ignite their pursuit of Swansea playmaker Gylfi Sigurdsson after failing in a bid to prise him from south Wales last summer.
Manager Ronald Koeman is a big admirer of the Iceland international’s ability to create and score goals, even for a side fighting relegation.
The Times report that Koeman is also weighing up bids for two other proven Premier League performers, Burnley centre-back Michael Keane and Sunderland goalkeeper.

In addition to the three men with top-flight experience of English football, a new player linked with Everton is Brazilian striker Willian Jose.
The Real Sociedad player, 25, has a fine record in La Liga this season, scoring 12 goals and supplying three assists in 29 matches in all competitions.
The four players would likely cost Everton close to £100million in total given their calibre and potential to improve.
The cash-rich Merseysiders, who have spent big in the last two transfer windows, are preparing for an overhaul at a time when main scorer Lukaku and playmaker Barkley are involved in contract stand-offs.
Everton’s win against Leicester at the weekend drew them level on points with Arsenal (54), although Arsene Wenger’s side have two matches in hand.
The Toffees are seventh in the league, seven points adrift of Manchester City in fourth.
In other Everton transfer news, the club are close to reaching an agreement to sign a brilliant striker.
