Exclusive: Celtic braced for Nicolas Kuhn offer – transfer decision made
Celtic are bracing for interest and bids for star man Nicolas Kuhn this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
The Hoops have a recent history of completing big summer sales with Jota and Matt O’Riley sealing exits in back-to-back years.
Kuhn, 25, has enjoyed a breakthrough season in the Scottish Premiership and also impressed for Celtic in their run to the Champions League knockout stages.
It is believed Brendan Rodgers is not only keen to be backed in the summer window – but also wants to keep his star-studded squad together as he plans another assault on Europe next term.
Celtic star Kuhn in demand
The Celtic manager has an uncertain future with his contract only set to run until June 2026.
Kuhn is not the only Hoops star attracting interest, with Daizen Maeda also wanted by West Ham and Leeds in the Premier League.
Celtic are on course to win a domestic treble this term with both players at the heart of their success.

Kuhn has hit 21 goals and 15 assists in 50 appearances across all competitions this term – primarily playing on the right flank.
He is under contract at Parkhead until June 2029 after joining Celtic in January 2024.

Mathias Kvistgaarden to Celtic update
Meanwhile, Football Insider has revealed (5 May) that Celtic will find it hard to sign Mathias Kvistgaarden this summer if Eintracht Frankfurt enter the race.
Brondby star Kvistgaarden is a long term target for Celtic, who weighed up moves for the striker last summer and in January.
It is believed Frankfurt’s interest in the Denmark Under-21 international will make a deal more difficult for the Hoops after qualifying directly for the Champions League with a top four finish.
