Exclusive: Crysencio Summerville undergoing West Ham medical today
Crysencio Summerville will undergo a medical on Thursday ahead of his move to West Ham from Leeds United, sources have told Football Insider.
A full agreement has been reached between all parties on a deal worth around £25million and Leeds have given the forward the green light to travel to London.
Summerville will now have medical tests as he puts the finishing touches to a move
He will then fly out to the USA to join the rest of the West Ham squad on their pre-season tour.
Summerville emerged as a key target for Hammers boss Julen Lopetegui in the transfer window, and the clubs have finally reached an agreement after extensive negotiations.
The winger was also keen to leave Elland Road this summer despite not pushing for a move as he wants to play at the highest level.

Summerville moved to Leeds in a deal worth £1.3million from Feyenoord in 2020.
In four years at Elland Road, the winger made 89 appearances – 34 of which came in the Premier League.
Last season was the best of his career so far, scoring 21 goals and providing 10 assists across 49 games which saw him receive the Championship Player of the Season Award.
However, following their defeat to Southampton in the playoff final and interest from clubs in the Premier League, his exit became almost inevitable.
West Ham have been scouring the market for a winger this summer after losing Said Benrahma on a permanent deal which resulted in an imbalanced squad.
Lopetegui has been heavily backed in the transfer market by the West Ham board, with Summerville the latest big-money deal after Max Kilman and Luis Guilherme arrived earlier.
That investment looks set to continue at the London Stadium as the Hammers aim to improve upon their ninth-placed finish last season.
