Exclusive: Crystal Palace plan to accept Ola-Adebomi offer

Crystal Palace are open to selling striker Ademola Ola-Adebomi this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

The news has alerted a number of clubs in the EFL who are looking to bolster their attacking options for next season.

The 21-year-old has scored nine goals in 10 Premier League 2 games since returning to England in January after spending the first half of the season on loan at SK Beveren.

Ola-Adebomi will enter the final year of his Crystal Palace contract in June.

He made eight appearances with Beveren in the Belgian second division earlier this season and has also played on loan with Burton Albion in League One.

The left-footed forward progressed through the Palace academy before signing his first professional contract in 2022.

He has turned out 77 times for the Eagles’ Under-18 and Under-21 sides, scoring 43 goals.

Ola-Adebomi featured in the matchday squad for Palace in Premier League and League Cup games in the 2022-23 campaign.

Glasner preparing for Crystal Palace contract talks

Meanwhile, Football Insider revealed earlier this month (10 April) that Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner is happy at Selhurst Park amid links with Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.

It is believed the Austrian is preparing for talks over a new contract – with his current deal only set to run until June 2026.

Sources say Glasner is content at Crystal Palace after transforming their form from the beginning of the 2024-25 campaign.
