Exclusive: Leyton Orient respond to Huddersfield’s Ethan Galbraith bid
Huddersfield Town have had a £1.5million bid for Leyton Orient ace Ethan Galbraith rejected, sources have told Football Insider.
Galbraith, who came through the ranks at Man United, enjoyed an outstanding 2024-25 campaign with Leyton Orient, helping the club reach the League One play-off final – where they were defeated by Charlton.
The 24-year-old’s versatility for Orient, featuring mostly at right back and in various midfield roles, has brought him to the attention of a number of clubs, including Huddersfield, Charlton Athletic and Swansea City.
Orient have now rejected offers from all three clubs for the Northern Ireland international.
Huddersfield see £1.5m bid rejected
The Brisbane Road outfit face a battle to keep hold of their prize asset after failing to win promotion and with the player entering the final year of his contract.
Huddersfield will be chasing promotion to the Championship next term, while a move to Charlton or Swansea would offer Galbraith an instant chance to play second-tier football.
