Exclusive: Max Kilman undergoing West Ham medical after terms agreed

Max Kilman will undergo a West Ham medical on Friday (5 July) after Wolves accepted a new bid for the defender, sources have told Football Insider.

The Irons have been given the green light to complete a deal for the 27-year-old after seeing a £40million bid accepted.

West Ham and Kilman have already reached a full agreement on personal terms.

It is believed the deal will be completed in the next 48 hours, with Julen Lopetegui set to reunite with the centre-back at the London Stadium.

The Irons saw an initial bid worth £25million rejected for Kilman last month but have now agreed a fee with Wolves.

He played every minute in the Premier League for Wolves last season and made 44 appearances in all competitions across the campaign after being named captain last summer.

He has made 151 appearances in total for the Molineux club since joining from Maidenhead United in 2018.

West Ham have already completed deals for Luis Guilherme and Wes Foderingham so far in the summer window.
