Exclusive: PSV set sights on signing Ipswich Town star Jack Clarke
PSV Eindhoven are plotting a summer swoop for Ipswich Town winger Jack Clarke, sources have told Football Insider.
The 24-year-old has struggled to establish himself in the Premier League since joining from second-tier Sunderland last summer (2024).
PSV are interested in permanent and loan deals for Clarke with Ipswich set to be relegated back to the Championship for the 2025-26 campaign.
The Tractor Boys are likely to want to recoup a big chunk of the £15million fee they paid to Sunderland last year.
PSV set sights on loan or permanent Clarke swoop
Clarke has made 29 appearances across all competitions for Ipswich this term but just 11 of those outings has come as part of the starting lineup.
The winger, who is under contract at Portman Road until June 2029, has scored three goals and notched six assists for Kieran McKenna’s side this term.

Ipswich are doomed to relegation from the Premier League in May having picked up just 20 points from 31 top-flight games.
McKenna’s side are 12 points adrift of 17th-place Wolves – who have already ensured Southampton’s relegation back to the Championship this term.

Delap is Ipswich’s hot property ahead of summer window
Meanwhile, Football Insider revealed on Thursday (10 April) that Everton will struggle to compete with Man United and Chelsea for the signature of Ipswich star Liam Delap.
Delap has hit 12 goals and notched two assists in 33 appearances across all competitions this term.
Sources say it would be a “huge coup” if Everton could land the forward – with Man United and Chelsea still a big pull for young English talent.
