Ex-Tottenham and Rangers forward Nathan Oduwa is in advanced talks to join Irish side Dundalk, Football Insider can reveal.
The winger, 24, is closing in on a move from Israeli side Hapoel Hadera in what is set to be the latest transfer of his nomadic career.
An Irish source has told Football Insider that Oduwa has been offered a one-year contract and there is a growing likelihood that terms can be agreed.
It represents what could be the latest move in a career that began at Tottenham and has yielded three England Under-20 caps.
Oduwa has also had spells on loan at Rangers, Luton Town, Colchester United and Peterborough United followed by transfers to Slovenian outfit Olimpija Ljubljana, Danish side Vejle Boldklub and Hapoel Hadera in Israel since leaving Spurs.
The attacker never played for the north Londoners at senior level but spent half a season on loan at Rangers in 2015-16 when Mark Warburton was manager.
He initially made a big impact when the team were in the Scottish second tier and impressed fans with his direct running and creativity.
But Oduwa gradually faded and slipped down the pecking order at Ibrox before returning to Tottenham midway through his season-long loan.
He may now join Dundalk 14 months after his move to Israel.
Dundalk compete in the League of Ireland Premier Division, the top tier of Irish football, and are the reigning League Champions and League of Ireland Cup holders.
In other Rangers news, it can be REVEALED that the club have slashed the asking price of star man as overhaul to begin.
