Stoke City have submitted a bid for Wellington Phoenix striker Luke Supyk, sources have told Football Insider.
The 18-year-old, who is the fastest player on the books of the New Zealand club, is considered one of the next rising stars of the A-League.
Supyk has made four appearances for the Phoenix this season after making his breakthrough in the 2023-24 campaign.
The teenager is a New Zealand Under-20 international and scored twice in the victorious Oceania Under-20 Championship campaign last year (2024).
He has made 10 appearances across all competitions at the senior level for Wellington Phoenix after coming through the youth ranks.
The 2006-born forward is under contract in New Zealand until June 2026.
Supyk can lead the line and play on both flanks.
