Toulouse have agreed a fee with MK Dons for star striker Max Dean, sources have told Football Insider.
The top-flight French club have struck a deal worth 2million (£1.7million) for the 20-year-old forward.
Belgian side KAA Gent are also keen on the MK Dons star and are ready to match that fee to get a full agreement over the line.
Dean has impressed in League Two since arriving from Leeds United 18 months ago, inspiring interest from Europe.
He scored 19 goals and picked up five assists in 34 games in all competitions last season as MK Dons made the playoffs.
The 20-year-old left Leeds for the League Two side in 2023 and it is believed the Whites stand to benefit from any future transfer via a sell-on clause.
