Wrexham will have a huge £30million transfer kitty this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
The Welsh club’s Hollywood-based owners have authorised a massive spend on signings after being promoted from League One to the Championship.
Wrexham are hugely ambitious and will plough serious money in the transfer market as they look to make a splash in the second tier.
The Red Dragons’ squad will need big surgery once again after yet another promotion – their third in just three seasons.
Wrexham plot major transfer overhaul
Wrexham have already confirmed the departures of Steven Fletcher, Mark Howard, Josh Adam, Jordan Davies, Harry Dean, Brad Foster, Liam Hall and Sam Dalby at the end of their contracts next month.
The Welsh club’s current transfer record stands at around £2million after Sam Smith joined from Reading in January.

Wrexham finished five points clear of third-place Stockport and 19 points adrift of League One champions Birmingham to secure promotion.
They will play second-tier football for the first time since their relegation from the old Second Division in the 1981-82 campaign.

Wrexham rivals plot major summer deal
Meanwhile, Football Insider revealed on 30 April that Birmingham are working on a deal to re-sign Torino forward Che Adams.
Like Wrexham, the Blues will have big money to spend in the summer window as they bid to realise their ambition of Premier League football.
Wrexham and Birmingham will discover their first opponents in the 2025-26 campaign when the Championship fixtures are released on 26 June.
