Fans react on Twitter to Tottenham duo's bizarre celebration during win against Watford

By Amir Mir

Tottenham beat Watford 4-0 during their Premier League clash against Watford on Saturday afternoon – and fans on Twitter have reacted to Dele Alli’s and Son Heung-Min’s celebration.

The attacking duo helped their team secure a valuable three points in the Premier League title race by finding the back of the net during the fixture at White Hart Lane.

Midfielder Alli opened the scoring in the first half with a brilliant curling effort from outside the box before Son (2) and Dier also got on the scoresheet.

After his wonderful effort, Alli preceded to perform a bizarre handshake with his teammate Son as fans on social media provided mixed views to that celebration.

Some felt that it was a brilliant handshake from the duo, but others weren’t too impressed with what they saw.

Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter:

The three points for Spurs is hugely significant in the Premier League title race because it means they have cut Chelsea’s lead at the top of the table to four points.

Antonio Conte’s side will travel to Bournemouth later on in the day as they will be looking to restore their lead at the top of the table.

After their game against the league leaders, Eddie Howe’s side will travel to north London for another tough encounter.

Pochettino’s side are yet to be beaten on their home turf during this campaign as the title chasers are in their final season at White Hart Lane.
