£110,000-a-wk playmaker and £34m forward feature in five best players reportedly eyed by Wolves

Wolves’ promotion to the Premier League has already seen media outlets go crazy with speculation about who Nuno Esprito Santo will be welcoming to Molineux in the summer transfer window.

The West Midlands club spent heaps of money on bolstering the squad last year, breaking their own club record as well as smashing the Championship record spend when Ruben Neves arrived from Porto in a deal worth £15.8million.

With a player of Champions League quality like Neves, it was blatant that Wolves would win the title with complete ease – though they would surely have a few regrets about failing to reach the 100 point mark and losing to Sunderland 3-0 on the last day.

Chinese owners Fosun are bound to plough heaps of money into the Wolves war chest now that the transfer window is on the verge of opening and super-agent Jorge Mendes is sure to be in contact with a host of his clients about potential moves to the Midlands.

Some players have already been linked with Wolves and here, Football Insider takes a look at the best five players who are reportedly on the club’s radar.
