Senior player axed in four changes: Celtic expected XI v Hearts
GOALKEEPER AND DEFENCE
Scott Bain (Goalkeeper) – Expected to replace Craig Gordon, deserves another chance in the Hoops first-team as he hasn’t let anybody down in the few games he has played in for the Hoops.
Jack Hendry (Right-back) – May come in to replace Mikael Lustig as the senior player could be axed. Hendry will hopefully break his duck and win his first Hoops match that he has started for the Bhoys after a fairly ropey start to life in Glasgow.
Dedryck Boyata (Centre-back) – Expected to keep his place in the first-team after an excellent performance against Rangers, which showed that Hoops boss Brendan Rodger was right to keep faith in him.
Kristoffer Ajer (Centre-back) – Expected to keep his place in the team after a great run in the first-team so far this season, didn’t have best game against Rangers but still worthy of a start v Hearts.
Kieran Tierney (Left-back) – Could be doing with a rest but will be expected to start for the Hoops as he will want to keep playing for the Bhoys, as he is still the best left-back at the club by a mile.
