Celtic may be eight points clear at the top of the league, but performances have continued to be indifferent.
The Hoops weren’t very convincing at all in December, with their long unbeaten run coming to an end after a 4-0 loss to Hearts and then being held to a goal less draw against Rangers in the Old Firm derby.
If supporters thought things would improve after the winter break they were wrong, as the Bhoys deservedly lost 1-0 to Kilmarnock in their second league defeat of the season.
The squad that Brendan Rodgers has is very big, and he may well spend the summer moving on players who didn’t impress during that important time of the season around Christmas and New Year, when the best teams kick on and go on a winning run.
