Senior player axed in four changes: Celtic best possible XI v Kilmarnock

Celtic return to Scottish Premiership action when they take on Kilmarnock at Celtic Park on Wednesday night.

The Hoops go into the last week of the league season on the back of the 3-1 win over Hearts at Tynecastle on Sunday, which was dominated by Steven Naismith’s poor challenge on Scott Brown.

The Hoops captain got over the challenge though, and it will be interesting to see if he features in the match which is a meaningless game for both sides.

The Hoops have already won the league and will be focused on the Scottish Cup Final on the 19th of May, whilst the Rugby Park side have slackened off ever since they clinched a place in the top six and have lost their last few league games.

The Hoops will still want to win the game though and go into the Scottish Cup Final on a winning run.
