‘Fulham to green light Rodrigo Muniz to Leeds amid transfer development’
Leeds United have eyed a move for Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz as Daniel Farke looks to continue strengthening his forward line.
The Whites scored a whopping 95 goals in the Championship last season, but must add Premier League quality to their ranks after winning the second-tier title.
With their survival objective in mind, Leeds have signed striker Lukas Nmecha from Wolfsburg, but Farke does not want to stop there.
The West Yorkshire side have also strengthened in other areas of the pitch, and recently welcomed former Newcastle United midfielder Sean Longstaff.

Leeds can sign Muniz as Fulham plot move for new striker
Former Manchester United and Blackburn Rovers scout Mick Brown previously informed Football Insider that Leeds want to sign Rodrigo Muniz from Fulham.
The Craven Cottage club could be unwilling to part company with the 24-year-old, as they only boast two out-and-out strikers, including Raul Jimenez.
However, Leeds Live reported on Monday, 21 July, that Farke remains interested in Muniz, while Fulham are in the market for a new striker.
Once Marco Silva’s men sign a fresh attacker, the Elland Road club will be able to make their move for Muniz.

Muniz is exactly what Farke needs for Premier League survival bid
Acquiring a new striker has become more important for Farke, as Leeds are set to sell Patrick Bamford, who has been an incredible servant for the Elland Road side.
Rodrigo Muniz stats | Premier League 2024/25 |
Appearances | 31 |
Starts | 8 |
Goals | 8 |
Assists | 1 |
The one-cap England international has won two Championship titles with the Premier League new boys, and previously proved his worth in the top flight.
Meanwhile, summer signing Nmecha lacks Premier League experience and scored just three goals in 19 Bundesliga appearances for Wolfsburg last season.
Nmecha’s physical presence could make him a success at Elland Road, but Muniz boasts the sort of top-flight record that could prevent Farke’s men from being relegated to the Championship.
The Brazilian scored eight goals in the Premier League last season, despite being handed just eight starts by Silva in the top tier.
Furthermore, Muniz notched a thoroughly decent return of nine goals and one assist in 26 appearances during the 2023/24 Premier League season.
