‘Fulham want new deal with Arsenal in transfer window’
Fulham are keen to reach a new agreement with Arsenal during this summer’s transfer window, as they look strengthen their squad.
The Cottagers claimed an 11th place finish in the Premier League this season, while also reaching the FA Cup quarter finals.
While that represents a solid campaign, they will feel there were signs at times that they could have gone even further than that.
Fulham will now look to put together a team that can do so in the 2025/26 campaign, and it seems that may involve reuniting with one player currently at Arsenal.

Reiss Nelson targeted for new move
Having come through the youth ranks with the Gunners, Reiss Nelson has spent several years around the first-team setup at the Emirates Stadium, without ever fully establishing himself as a regular starter.
As a result, Arsenal took the decision last summer to allow Nelson to complete a move to a new club in the transfer window.
That eventually saw the winger join Fulham on a season-long loan deal, and he did catch the eye with some of his performances early on in his time at Craven Cottage.
However, that temporary stint with Marco Silva‘s side would eventually take a frustrating turn for the 25-year-old.
After suffering a hamstring injury in December, Nelson did not make another appearance for Fulham as he was forced to have surgery on that issue.
Even so, a new update from The Athletic has stated that the winger could be sold by Arsenal this summer, as he attracts interest from elsewhere.
It is stated that Fulham would be interested in bringing Nelson back to Craven Cottage in the window if an appropriate deal can be agreed.
The 25-year-old still has two years remaining on his contract with the Gunners, securing his future at the Emirates until the end of the 2026/27 season.

Fulham return for Arsenal man makes sense
Football Insider Verdict
Having already found himself down the pecking order at Arsenal, and with more attacking options on the agenda for them this summer, it is hard to see Nelson playing regularly again for Arteta’s side.
With that in mind a move elsewhere seems best for the winger this summer, since he is at the stage of his career where he ought to be consistently starting matches.
He will be more confident of doing that at Craven Cottage, and may feel he has unfinished business there after that injury during his loan spell.
With Willian among those confirmed to be leaving Fulham this summer, they do also have a need to boost their options out wide ahead of next season.
Bringing Nelson in would help them to do that, with a longer term option who has shown he can be a useful option at this level.
Fulham are understood to be concerned about losing Silva this summer, so backing him with deals like this could also help in terms of potentially convincing him to stay, so this could be best for all concerned.
