Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz shares ‘good things are coming’ message amid Leeds interest
Rodrigo Muniz shared a message on social media amid uncertainty over the Fulham striker’s future following a rejected bid from Leeds.
The former Flamengo striker is a man in demand this summer, despite struggling to break into the Cottagers’ first XI last term.
Muniz scored eight times and assisted once in the Premier League last season, but the 24-year-old was included in Marco Silva‘s starting line-up just eight times.
Fulham have struggled to replace Aleksandar Mitrovic since the Serbian striker’s departure to Al-Hilal in 2023, and are in the market for a replacement.
But despite bidding for Goztepe striker Romulo [The Athletic], the Whites are clearly keen to still keep hold of their Brazilian striker.
Fulham rejected a bid worth up to £32million for Muniz from Leeds, and the Yorkshire side are yet to return with a follow-up offer.

Fulham losing ground to Premier League rivals
Football Insider Verdict
A champagne partner, a new training kit, and three contract renewals. That is what Fulham have achieved so far this summer.
The West London club now hold the distinction of being the only team in the Premier League that are yet to make a first-team signing this window.
Whilst the renewals of Tom Cairney, Kenny Tete, and King in particular are steps in the right direction, it is troubling that the club are yet to add to the squad that finished 11th last season.
The Cottagers were in the running for a place in Europe last term, before losing steam at the backend of the campaign, tumbling down the table to finish 11th.
If Fulham do not start adding to their thin squad, any hopes of a place of achieving a place in continental football next year will be over before they have even began.
