'Garbage', 'Another Orta masterstroke' - Leeds fans annihilate £1.5m signing for display v Derby
Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to annihilate left-back Laurens De Bock for his performance in the 2-2 draw with Derby County at Pride Park on Wednesday night.
De Bock, 25, struggled to cope with the Rams attack and faced fierce criticism on social media, especially after botching a number of attempts to clear Leeds’ defensive lines.
The Belgian flyer was signed up by Leeds for £1.5million from Club Brugge in the January transfer window, and so far he is yet to show that he has been worth that fee.
The former Belgium Under-21 international has failed to impress after ending Leeds’ long-winded search for a natural left-back.
Naturally right-sided player Gaetano Berardi spent the first-half of the season at left-back and it appears that the Whites may be better off by putting the one-time Switzerland international back on the opposite side of defence after De Bock’s outing against Derby.
Fans were not impressed with the former Club Brugge player, with one saying that the left-back was “garbage”.
Here is a selection of their tweets:

De Bock has made six appearances since signing for Leeds last month.
He had barely kicked a ball for Club Brugge this season before moving to Elland Road, playing just eight times in the Belgian Jupiler League and Europa League and Champions League qualifiers.
In other Leeds United news, this summer signing has confirmed that he has jetted out to the Middle East.
