Garry Monk shares what was fantastic in Twitter post to Leeds fans after win v Preston

Garry Monk has hailed the “fantastic” Elland Road atmosphere after Leeds ran out 3-0 winners over Preston on Saturday afternoon.
The Yorkshire giants earned their victory at home with goals coming from Kemar Roofe, Pablo Hernandez and Souleymane Doukara against Simon Grayson’s men.
The players on the pitch were instrumental in earning the famous club a win and a clean sheet.
However, Monk also paid tribute to the 31,851 crowd on his personal Twitter account after the match.

Leeds have always been known for their large and boisterous crowd and it may have played a part in helping the club mark a very impressive home record this season.

The Yorkshire giants have picked up a tremendous 45 points from their 21 home clashes this season, leaving them to sit in third place in the Championship home form table.
Those points have marked over half of the club’s points total this season as they sit on 72 points after 41 matches, which has put them in fifth place with five matches of the season to go.
Sheffield Wedensday’s win over Newcastle on Saturday evening means that Leeds sit five points clear of seventh placed Fulham with an away match against Rafa Benitez’ side to come next.
In other Leeds news, Kemar Roofe also sent a message to fans after starring in the win against Preston.
