Gary Neville slams Arsenal 28-year-old as speculation grows over long-term future

Gary Neville believes Alexis Sanchez is exploiting the uncertainty over the managerial position at Arsenal to try and force a summer move.
Arsenal chief Arsene Wenger is out of contract at the end of the season, yet despite calls from fans for the veteran to step down, it remains a possibility that he could sign a new deal.
But Neville, on his personal Twitter account, criticised Sanchez for using the uncertainty over Wenger’s future to earn himself a summer transfer.
This was pretty obvious. Sanchez is a great player but he's exploiting his managers current predicament. https://t.co/N7HQGcQJCF

The 28-year-old has grown increasingly dissatisfied with life in north London this season, and it has been reported that the Chile international has had ‘blazing rows’ with manager Arsene Wenger.
Sanchez was dropped from the starting eleven to face Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday, a decision which horribly backfired for Wenger, but was reportedly the result of a fall out between the pair.

It is also believed that many players within the Arsenal camp are frustrated with the striker’s selfish attitude, a bust-up that is likely to spell the end of his time at the Emirates this summer.
French giants Paris Saint-Germain have been monitoring the player for some time, and are expected to make a formal approach for him at the end of the season.
Sanchez has just over a year left to run on his current deal, and the club are understood to have tabled a new £180,000-a-week offer, but the rapidly disintegrating relationship between Sanchez and the Gunners leaves their hopes of an extended stay in tatters.
He joined Arsenal from Barcelona in a £31.7million deal in the summer of 2014, and has since become the club’s best and most consistent performer.
During his three years with the club, Sanchez has contributed 62 goals and 40 assists from 128 appearances, and leads the goalscoring charts for Arsenal this season by some distance.
