Over the course of the season, Janssen has played 36 matches in all competitions, scoring six goals added with his four assists.
He last started a league match for Pochettino’s side when they beat Watford 4-0 on home soil in early April, with first team striker Harry Kane out injured.
However, with the England international now back in action, he is expected to continue up top as he scored for his team during their previous home match against Arsenal.
Kane scored from the penalty spot as his team beat their bitter rivals 2-0 in what was the final north London derby to be played at the Lane.
