‘Goosebumps’ – Celtic fans react to major transfer announcement
Celtic fans are delighted after the club confirmed their first signing of the summer transfer window.
Brendan Rodgers’ side won the Scottish Premiership title by 17 points, beating arch rivals Rangers into second place.
However, the Hoops couldn’t do the double as they were beaten on penalties by Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup final.
Former Man United and Blackburn chief scout Mick Brown exclusively told Football Insider that Celtic will heavily back Brendan Rodgers this summer, allowing the former Liverpool boss to bring in fresh blood ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Celtic announce Tierney signing
Football Insider exclusively revealed back in February that Tierney had agreed a deal with Celtic, and now the news has been officially announced by the club.
The Scottish international came through the youth system in Glasgow before departing Parkhead back in the summer of 2019, making the move to Arsenal.
During his time in North London, the 28-year-old made 144 appearances for the Gunners, scoring six goals and picking up 14 assists.

In recent years, Tierney has struggled for game time under Mikel Arteta, and last season he started just two Premier League games.
Celtic announced the signing on X, sharing a photo of the Scotsman in a Hoops shirt, with the caption: “He’s home.”
Fans delighted at Tierney’s return
It has long been rumoured that Tierney would be making a return to his boyhood club, and it is no surprise that Celtic fans are delighted to see him back in green and white.
The full-back fell down the pecking order at Arsenal, but at just 28, he still has a major part of his career left to play.
His time in North London didn’t pan out as he had hoped, but reconnecting with his former side could be exactly what Tierney needs to get back to his best.
Hoops supporters reacted extremely positively to the news, with one fan asking: “Anyone else get goosebumps watching that video?”
