Graeme Murty drops huge Rangers transfer hint, days away from potential new signings

Rangers manager Graeme Murty has dropped a huge hint that he is still in the market to make further improvements to his squad and there could potentially be more signings made within the coming days.
Murty, and director of football Mark Allen, have already been very busy this month in revamping the first-team that was left by Pedro Caixinha following his poorly-executed summer recruitment drive.
Sean Goss, Jamie Murphy, Jason Cummings and Russell Martin have all been snapped up by Rangers on loan deals this month, with most of them expected to make their stays at Ibrox permanent in the summer.
However Murty, speaking in his press conference ahead of the clash with Aberdeen on Wednesday night, has suggested that he is by no means finished in his overhaul of the squad and that more arrivals can perhaps be expected in the coming days.
When asked if he expects to make more signings during the next few days, Murty was quoted by Rangers’ official Twitter account as saying: “I wouldn’t rule it out.”

Although Murty’s time in the Light Blues hotseat may only last until the summer, the Glasgow club have not decided to wait to refresh the squad until the summer.
Declan John’s loan from Cardiff has already been made into a permanent one while Andy Halliday and Michael O’Halloran have returned from their respective loan spells at Gabala of Azerbaijan and St Johnstone.
It will no doubt be interesting to see how Murty sets up his team against Aberdeen on Wednesday in what will be the first competitive game played by the Gers since revamping the squad in the winter break.
In other Rangers news, fans have reacted after this midfield dynamo underwent a medical to complete his switch.
