Murty delivers verdict on Rangers future with meeting scheduled for Monday

Graeme Murty has today revealed that he is set to meet with Rangers chairman Dave King tomorrow to discuss the club’s immediate future.
Murty has been behind the wheel at the Ibrox since October 2017, when he took over as caretaker manager, before earning his first contract as the Rangers manager in December.
Although his contract only stands until the end of the season, it is clear that Murty is within the club’s long-term plans due to the success he is enjoying.
However, this is not a sentiment shared by Murty, who believes another discussion will be had concerning his future at a later date,
“I’m a part of it until the end of the season. I’m sure if I do a really, really good job of it, we’ll have another discussion,
“Until then, I’m really relaxed. I’m thrilled to have the prospect of managing this group of players,” Murty stated in his post-match press conference, as quoted by the Daily Record.
Dave King was in attendance this afternoon, as the Gers beat Ross County to reclaim second position in the Scottish Premier League, so that can only bode well in his favour.
In other Rangers news, some Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to praise one player for his performance in the win over Ross County.
