Graham Roberts make massive Twitter claim about Tottenham player
By Amir Mir
Graham Roberts has made a massive claim about Tottenham striker Harry Kane and stated that he will break Jimmy Greaves’ club goalscoring record.
Former England international and Spurs legend Greaves is widely considered as the greatest player to have graced the White Hart Lane pitch.
During his career, he scored 266 goals for the North London club, making him the highest goalscorer in Tottenham’s history.
Despite Kane still being in the early parts of his career, Roberts think the 23-year-old will go on to become the greatest striker in Spurs’ history.
“I knew he would win the Golden Boot,” Roberts wrote on his personal Twitter account. “Now, I will say Harry Kane will become the greatest Spurs striker and get the greatest Jimmy Greaves’ record.”

It has been another successful campaign for Kane in front of goal as he has helped Mauricio Pochettino’s side into the Champions League for a second consecutive season.
He scored 29 goals in 30 league matches, which saw him secure back-to-back Golden Boot awards in the top flight of English football.
As a result, he has taken his overall tally for Spurs to 99 strikes in all competitions, still some way off Greaves.
At first, Kane will need to stay at the club for a good chunk of his career if he wants to break Greaves’ record, something which is very uncommon in modern football today given the money that is floating around.
Nonetheless, the boyhood Tottenham fan will be remembered for scoring the winning goal in Spurs’ final match at White Hart Lane when they beat Manchester United 2-1.
In other Tottenham news, Paul Merson has stated why Harry Kane doesn’t get enough credit.
