Guglielmo Vicario bids farewell as Tottenham exit confirmed
Tottenham players such as Mathys Tel and Guglielmo Vicario were quick to respond on social media following confirmation of a departure at the club.
Spurs are in the midst of a busy summer, with significant changes both on and off the pitch as Thomas Frank begins to shape his new squad after replacing Ange Postecoglou.
While the club have officially confirmed the signing of Mathys Tel, Tottenham also secured a deal for Kota Takai from Japanese side Kawasaki Frontale.
However, it’s not just about new arrivals as outgoings are expected too. Football Insider revealed that clubs in the Saudi Pro League are interested in Heung-Min Son and Spurs are open to his departure if the right offer comes in.
Amid the ongoing player business, the club also confirmed a backroom staff exit, further signalling the scale of the overhaul taking place behind the scenes.

Tottenham players react as Rob Burch departs in coaching reshuffle
While Frank continues to oversee Tottenham’s squad rebuild, changes behind the scenes are also taking shape, with the departure of goalkeeping coach Rob Burch now confirmed.
The club announced his exit in a post on Instagram, writing: “We can announce that Rob Burch has left the Club. A former player and coach in our Academy, Rob returned to us as First Team Goalkeeping Coach in 2023.
“We thank him for his service and wish him well for the future. A member of our Spurs family, he will always be welcome at the Club.”
The announcement drew responses from current Spurs players, with both Vicario and Tel among those to like the post.
Burch rejoined Tottenham in the summer of 2023, taking on the role of First Team Goalkeeping Coach. During his time at the club, he worked closely with the likes of Vicario, Brandon Austin and Antonin Kinsky.
While he has now left, the club have moved quick to replace him with Tottenham appointing Fabian Otte as First Team Goalkeeper Coach following his spell at Liverpool.
Richarlison could be sold amid Mohamed Kudus pursuit

While backroom changes continue, several first-team exits are also expected as Frank looks to reshape the squad.
Football Insider has revealed that Richarlison is ready to leave Tottenham this summer due to concerns over limited opportunities next season.
Spurs are closing in on the signing of West Ham’s Mohamed Kudus, which could push the Brazilian further down the attacking pecking order. The club are believed to be open to selling one forward to help balance the books, with Richarlison emerging as a likely candidate.
Football Insider previously revealed that David Moyes is set to hold talks with Everton over a possible return for Richarlison. However, with the Toffees recently signing Thierno Barry, it remains to be seen whether they will move for another forward — or whether Richarlison’s next step will be elsewhere.
