Hannibal Mejbri sends message as European club agree loan move
Hannibal Mejbri has been unable to drag Burnley out of the relegation zone in recent months.
The 23-year-old midfielder has been a regular for the Clarets this campaign after he was part of the side that won promotion easily last season.
However, in recent weeks, it has become clear that Burnley are almost certainly down, with the 2-0 defeat to West Ham on the weekend meaning that they are now 11 points from safety.
Nevertheless, this has not prevented Hannibal from casting his eyes away from the Lancashire club, with the midfielder reacting to Yan Valery’s loan move to Young Boys.
Yan Valery has left the Owls to join Swiss Super League side Young Boys on loan until the end of the season.

Hannibal Mejbri reacts as Yan Valery completes loan move to Young Boys
Sheffield Wednesday have been in an awful state this season.
The Owls are still on negative points, with their financial issues plaguing their campaign.
As a result, Sheffield Wednesday could be relegated in the coming weeks, with the side still only having one Championship win this season.
Valery was one of the few senior players who had remained at the Owls despite their rapid decline and has played 23 Championship matches this campaign.
However, he has now departed Hillsborough, going into the second half of the campaign, joining Swiss side Young Boys on loan.
Upon announcing the move on their Instagram on 9 February, his Tunisia international teammate Hannibal was quick to react.
He commented on the post saying: “I love it too much,” followed by three fire emojis.
When could Sheffield Wednesday’s relegation be confirmed?
Going into this week’s fixtures, Wednesday’s relegation could be confirmed by the weekend.
If West Brom beat Birmingham City on Tuesday, then a defeat against Millwall for the Owls would be enough to seal their fate.
If the Baggies are unable to secure this, then it could go down to the Steel City derby on 22 February.
For many of the Wednesday faithful, this would be unthinkable, with their biggest rivals possessing the chance to send them down into League One at Bramall Lane.
However, it remains to be seen if the Owls are able to string a set of results together in the coming weeks to delay their fate and potentially hit positive points before the end of the campaign.
