Harry Kane claims that Tottenham showed “fantastic fight” to claim a draw against Manchester City on Saturday.
Spurs earned a point in the Premier League clash at the Etihad Stadium in a thrilling 2-2 result.
Leroy Sane and Kevin De Bruyne pounced on rare Hugo Lloris erros to give the hosts a two-goal lead, but Alli and substitute Heung-Min Son earned a point for the north London club.
The north London club have closed the gap to league leaders Chelsea to eight points, but their rivals could stretch their lead when they face Hull on Sunday.
Kane believes that Spurs did extremely well to earn a point against Man City and they will now turn their attention to Wycombe in the FA Cup.
“It wasn’t a great performance from us at all but we showed fantastic fight to come back down 2-0 down,” Kane wrote on his personal Twitter account.

Kane has been in great goalscoring form this season, but was unable to add to his individual tally on Saturday.
The 23-yeaar-old has scored 15 goals in just 20 appearances across all competitions this season and is regarded as one of the top strikers in England.
He is set to play a major role in Spurs’ hunt for a first Premier League title, but manager Mauricio Pochettino will surely be prioritising a top four finish.
There are currently six top teams all vying to finish in a top spot at the end of the season and Spurs’ away point at Man City could turn out to be an important one.
In other Tottenham team news, Jamie Carragher has named the type of player the club must sign to become the real deal.
