Harry Kane praises unreal performance from this man after Tottenham win

By Amir Mir

Harry Kane hailed the “unreal” performance of emerging star Harry Winks on Twitter after they scored two late goals to beat West Ham 3-2 on Saturday evening.

Striker Kane scored two goals in the dying minutes to secure a dramatic win against their London rivals at White Hart Lane.

Michail Antonio had headed the visitors ahead in the first half, with midfielder Harry Winks levelling the scores just after the break in his first start for the club.

Manuel Lanzini then doubled the Hammers lead when Vincent Janssen brought down Winston Reid, but Spurs left it late to secure a stunning win.

England international Kane, who has scored three goals in his last two league games, posted this message on his personal Twitter account.

Kane, who returned from injury prior to the international break, has scored three goals in seven Premier League games.

Tottenham remain in fifth place with 24 points from 12 games after that late win, one point behind rivals Arsenal, who drew 1-1 with Manchester United earlier on in the day.

The north London club also remain the only unbeaten team in England’s top four divisions with six wins and six draws.

Spurs will now turn their attention to the Champions League and travel to Monaco on Tuesday, who beat them 2-1 in the reverse fixture at Wembley.
