Harry Wilson: ‘Five Premier League clubs’ join race to sign Fulham star
Harry Wilson is attracting interest from at least five Premier League clubs as he prepares to assess his options ahead of a move away from Fulham.
The 28-year-old has less than six months remaining on his contract at Craven Cottage, and despite their hopes to extend his stay, is increasingly likely to move on.
Former Man United chief scout Mick Brown told Football Insider that the likes of Crystal Palace, West Ham, Bournemouth, Everton and Leeds are all interested.
Those five clubs are not expected to be alone in their pursuit, given how impressive Wilson has been so far this season under Marco Silva.
The Wales international averages a goal or assist every other game, with 12 goals involvements in 24 Premier League games so far this season, inspiring growing interest.

Fulham likely to lose Harry Wilson as race kicks off
Brown told Football Insider on 7 January that Wilson is attracting high-profile interest which could see rival clubs move ahead of Leeds in the race to agree terms.
Daniel Farke’s side made a move for the winger during the summer, but will now be joined by a number of Premier League rivals in the race for his signature.
“It looks like Wilson will be leaving Fulham,” Brown told Football Insider.
“If you look down the Premier League table, I can name at least five clubs who would be interested in signing Harry Wilson if he was available on a free.
“You’ve got the likes of Palace, Bournemouth and Everton who are all of the sort of level I would expect him to remain at, and maybe teams like West Ham and Leeds too.
“There will be others looking at him as well, but I think if he is going to leave Fulham, it’s not going to be a jump to a top club, he’ll stay around that same area.
“He can score goals and anybody who has proven they can find the net becomes well coveted.

“I think he’s having a bit of a purple season, without being disrespectful, I think he’s performing above his usual level for Fulham at the moment.
“That’s why I don’t necessarily think the top clubs are going to take a gamble on him, if he leaves Fulham it’ll be to another team in and around that level.”
Marco Silva exit update emerges at Fulham
Wilson is not the only big name at Fulham who is out of contract in the summer as speculation continues to surround Silva and his position at Craven Cottage.
Football Insider revealed on 10 February that Nottingham Forest have set their sights on Silva and will seriously consider an approach if he becomes available.
This comes amid concerns about Sean Dyche’s position as Forest remain stuck in a relegation battle with just three points separating them from West Ham.

Evangelos Marinakis is a firm admirer of Silva after previously working with him at Olympiacos and would love the opportunity to link up with him again.
This comes after Brown told Football Insider in January that Silva is likely to leave Fulham for a new challenge at the end of his current contract.
