John Hartson slammed Neymar on Twitter for refusing to shake the hand of Celtic youngster Anthony Ralston after Paris-Saint Germain’s 5-0 triumph on Tuesday night.
Neymar led the way for PSG with a superbly taken opener as they inflicted the heaviest-ever home defeat suffered by Celtic in Europe.
But there was controversy afterwards when the world’s most expensive player snubbed the traditional post-match handshake of Celtic right-back Ralston, who had marked him during the Parkhead clash.
Former Hoops striker Hartson was unimpressed with Neymar’s conduct, explaining on his personal Twitter account that he “absolutely hated” a handshake refusal and the one time it happened to him he chased his opponent down the tunnel.
Absolutely hated this as a player.. only happened to me once and I chased him down the tunnel. You always shake the hand of a man ! https://t.co/3XHvOof9wN

Ralston, 18, gave a good account of himself in extremely testing circumstances on what was only his fifth start for Celtic.
Brendan Rodgers’ side are unbeaten in 54 domestic matches but they could not cope with the expensively assembled French side.
First-half goals from £400million front trio Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani gave the visitors a three-goal advantage at the break.
A Mikael Lustig own goal and a second from Cavani gave a scoreline that did not flatter PSG, who completely dominated the match and blew away the Hoops at their home citadel.
In other Celtic news, the club have launched a £1.5million bid to sign a midfielder from Premier League giants.
