By Matt Bullin

Former Tottenham star Micky Hazard has posted a rallying call to the club on Twitter ahead of the North London derby on Sunday afternoon.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side welcome Arsenal to White Hart Lane as they look to close the gap on league leaders Chelsea.

Tottenham are currently in incredible form which has seen them win 12 home league matches on the bounce, in a run which stretches back to November.

They are will also be chasing a ninth straight win in the Premier League, having not lost since February, when Liverpool beat them 2-0 at Anfield.

Hazard posted his message of support on his personal Twitter account, saying: “Boys win lose or draw you are an amazing team, one we are so proud of, go do the business, do become heroes, go become legends, good luck.”

Harry Kane netted in the second half of that game, to cancel out a Kevin Wimmer own-goal.

Hazard played a part in Tottenham’s 1982 FA Cup winning side, and in their UEFA Cup winning side of 1984.

The 57-year-old made over 100 appearances for Spurs during his time at the club.
