Henderson to complete Man United transfer ‘very soon’ after source update tonight – pundit
Dean Henderson will push for a Man United exit after hearing of plans to sign Emiliano Martinez, according to Kevin Campbell.
The former Arsenal striker, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, insisted the 24-year-old “needs and deserves” regular first-team football.

The latest from a Man United source today is they are closely monitoring Martinez’s situation going into the new year.
De Gea is out of contract at the end of next season (June 2023).
Campbell suggested the Red Devils’ stance on a replacement for the Spaniard will have accelerated Henderson’s exit plans.
“He’ll have been wanting away anyway, but that will certainly speed things up,” he told Football Insider‘s Ewan Kingsbury.
“He came back from Sheffield United expecting games with a view to taking over that number one jersey from De Gea. It just hasn’t quite happened for him, and De Gea’s form this season won’t have helped.
“A goalkeeper of his quality needs and deserves to be playing. I think he’s gonna be seeking pastures new very soon.”
The one-time England international is out of contract at Old Trafford at the end of the 2024-25 season.

Henderson has made just two senior appearances for Man United this season, conceding three goals.
The Red Devils academy product signed a fresh contract extension in August of last year.
In other news, pundit tells Man Untied to sell Anthony Martial “at any cost” in January as new offer submitted.
